Ok so kinda random story….I recently asked Josh Wilson(not that one…) to be my friend on Myspace, and I was looking through his top friends. I was actually trying to find Bethany Dillon, who is amaazingggg. But I found another artist that I fell in love with. What caught my eye was her amazingly cool name…Francesca Battistelli…and the vintage baby blue Volkswagen beetle in her pic.

Simply Me,
I stumbled upon your blog from a google search for Francesca Battistelli. I have to say I love her stuff too! Although I’m a little bias with the fact I used to play percussion for her. Before she was signed and living Orlando, we’d set-up shop in front of the same coffee shop every Friday and play for tips! Her voice is amazing and it’s just as amazing in person. My wife and I are still good friends and keep in touch with her often.
Don’t forget her full album comes out next Tuesday! Thanks for the kind word about Franny. I’ll be sure to tell her!

HEy, yea…that girl is amazing. reminds me of bethany dillon.
I actually met her at an event at status a year or two ago.:)
