So….its officially 2009!
I CANNOT wait to see what this next year brings! I spent a lot of time last night thinking about the last year…the changes, the accomplishments, the pain, the productivity….the good and the bad…and I must say the good definitely out weighs the bad.
Im working on a slideshow of some highlights of ’08…Ill put it up tomorrow…

Oh Baby It’s Craveeee!
We had our Crave-Out last night and it was awesome! 
For those of you who don’t know “Crave” is our stundent ministry at C3 and I get the priviledge to chill with the Middle School girls every wednesday.
As much as LOVE Crave-Out my favorite Wednesdays are the other two Wednesdays a month when we have Crave-Live!
On this night we have some jammin’ worship and then T-rav gets up for a few and always challenges, encourages, teaches, AND makes everyone laugh!
But my favorite part is after this when we have our Small Group time. I love watching the Middle School girls grow, learn, and ask honest questions!
I was involve in “youth group” from the time I hit Middle School until I graduated. Other than the last two years…I NEVER experienced ANYHING like Crave…and honestly LOVE being apart of it.
I love that my girls prayer request are usually about others. I love when one of them comes up to me to introduce me to the 4 friends they brought with them. I love watching them grow and even though it’s painful sometimes..I love when they are REAL and HONEST!
These girls are facing HUGE “storms” in their lives! Whether it be home life, boyfriends, school, friends…whatever….
and they desperately need a safe place…a shelter to run to. Crave is that shelter for them! Crave is the place they come to be loved, ask questions, GET ANSWERS, and have fun!
But the amazing thing is they aren’t just running to this shelter…they are bringing their friends with them.
I would say atleast 85% of the girls in my group do not have christian families, or families that will even bring them to church. They come because their friends cared enough to show them their shelter.
There are not many things that I get more JOY from then Wednesday nights!
This week pray for our students! Again, some of the storms their facing are things that no one should have to deal with…let alone a student!
Even though Wednesday was just yesterday…I am COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS until NEXT Wednesday!

I’m SORRY!
I know it’s been OVER a month now…sorry….everytime I went to blog about something I found blogs other people had written…and then I got distracted and then I decided I would just leaving the blogging up to all the people who keep up and are oh so good at it
But I am going to blog…MUCH more often!
But I wanted to share something “worth blogging about”
My mommy wrote a book!! and its amazing!
Here it is!
and everyone should read it…
Honestly the pages in this book are the stories and heart of the person I admire most in ALL the world!
Because of HER faith…because she didn’t crumble, didn’t back down, didn’t quit, and let LOVE WIN …I witness a first hand account of what true BEAUTY looks like…and still get to everyday!
She stood stong and because of her faith I am who I am today!
Not many woman can say that they change the course of history…
but I know that because of my mom’s strength and faith…
she changed the course of four little lives that adore her SO much…
she changed the course of history!

Copeland’s-”You Are My Sunshine”
This band is truly amazinggg!
Their new CD came out on the 14th and I <3 it…and I haven’t even memorized it yet!
Here is a video of one of my favorite songs on the new ablum “You Are My Sunshine.”
I would definitely recommend Copeland for any listener wanting to listen to some good tunes that are really catchy, deep, and have a “calm” effect.
